. These four stations were the last to shutdown in the region; WNYT (13) & WCWN (45) having signed off earlier in the day, WMHT (17) back in April, and WYPX (55) last year. As we scan thru the channels after all the sign offs, you'll notice I come across one signal - that being WNYA-CA (15) the local MyTV affiliate. This was semi-recently taken from a videotape still hanging around my parents' house that I had recorded in the late 1980s. The music will take you back, I was a teenager when I heard this about every 10 minutes on WXXA. less

Yeah, stuff was "moving" when they showed this film- mostly disembodied heads!!! I used to watch WXXA all the time because of flicks like this!! They always had the best, unedited stuff on that channel back in the late 80s. Good times. less

They showed everything from b/w Universal movies right up thru the slasher flicks, all uncut. Somehow I still had a few of these promos left from back in the day.
